A beautiful Figma file is not a product. Too many design engagements end with award-worthy mockups that engineering can't build, that users find confusing in production, or that quietly accumulate edge cases the original design never accounted for. We design products the way a senior engineer would expect them to be specified — with every state defined, every interaction documented, and every edge case considered before handoff.

Our Design Process

1. Information architecture and flow mapping. Before any pixels, we map every screen, every state, and every decision point in the user journey. This is the cheap part of design — and the expensive part to fix later if skipped.
2. Lo-fi wireframes. Black-and-white layouts focused on hierarchy, content priority, and flow. We validate these with users (and with your engineering team for technical feasibility) before adding visual design.
3. Interactive prototypes. Figma prototypes with realistic interactions, transitions, and microcopy. We test these with target users to catch friction before it ships.
4. High-fidelity UI design. Pixel-perfect Figma designs built on a documented component library, with every state designed (loading, empty, error, success, disabled). No "we'll handle that in code."
5. Developer handoff. Documented specs, exported assets, design tokens, and a 30-minute walkthrough with engineering. We stay engaged during implementation to answer questions and validate the build matches the design.
